Currently, there are no Market 99 stores open.  All Market 99 operations are on pause until advised by our new legal counsel to resume business.  There are issues which have been brought to our attention regarding the filing of documents by the previous CEO of Avalon Stores, Inv./Ergonomic Enterprises/ECFL.

Our legal counsel is working with us to bring all documents to date and to a level of satisfaction for NASDAQ as well as FINRA and the SEC.  Our plans are to resume business operations as soon as NASDAQ, FINRA, and the SEC give us the green light.  Our attorney is very optimistic we will prevail and be given the opportunity to resume in the near future.
 
The current InVogue Accessories store in Altus, OK, is doing very well.  As with any business, there are highs and lows as far as revenues, from day-to-day but the store has definitely proven it has a future in retail. 

The approximate revenues for the Altus store on a daily average are $900.00 and the store hours are 10AM-6PM, Tuesday-Saturday.

In my opinion, this store has been a major success and deserves to be expanded into larger markets with a fraction more square footage per location.  Right now we operate out of 1,488 sq. ft. of which approximately 1,200 is used as the acutal sales floor.

James and I are also speaking with designers & manufacturers, regarding an "InVogue" clothing line.  Having our own clothing line, InVogue, in addition to selling other brands of quality clothing as well accessories, has definitely been a goal which we have set for InVogue.
